The founders of Fade In have been doing training activities together since 2004. Besides doing guest lectures and workshops at the Hungarian Academy of Drama and Film and the Budapest Media Institute, we founded our own tutoring programme under the name of Film.hu Screenwriting School.
Now in its ninth semester, the programme trained dozens of students from all walks of life to the basics of narrative writing for film and TV. For small groups of five, we hold lectures as well as intensive workshops where every student can develop his or her own project from core idea right until the first draft.
Our main objective is to further develop our training programme, extend it to a whole one-year course with international guest lecturers and get state accreditation.
We also offer one-on-one intensive tutoring to authors who wish to refine their writing and narrative skills.
